Sally, who was awarded a Senior Fellowship by the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) in 2006 to investigate the first year student experience, shares with us James Cook University‚Äôs (JCU) holistic curriculum approach that is improving student retention through personalised student support services and intentional curriculum design.
